Our signature sandwich. Hand-shredded oven-roasted rosemary and citrus chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh spinach, roasted tomato aioli, Havarti, Muenster, and Parmesan cheeses on sourdough or gluten-free bread.

Pesto Chicken Panini

Exactly the same as the Tuscan chicken panini, except the sauce is a pesto aioli.

Bacon and Avocado Panini

Naturally hardwood smoked, honey cured center cut bacon, smashed ripe avocado, Havarti, Muenster, and Parmesan cheeses on sourdough or gluten-free bread.

Meatloaf Panini

Hearty homemade meatloaf from a family recipe, sliced red onions, our own sweet and spicy ketchup, Havarti, Muenster, and Parmesan cheeses on sourdough or gluten-free bread.

Vegetarian Mediterranean Panini

Smashed avocado, sliced tomatoes, sliced red onions, crumbled feta, fresh baby spinach, Havarti, Muenster, and Parmesan cheeses on sourdough or gluten-free bread.

Vegan Panini

A light brush of olive oil, Italian herbs, lots of avocado, shredded carrots, sun-dried tomatoes, red onion, fresh baby spinach, and locally-grown micro greens.

Chicken Bacon Ranch Panini

The best of all worlds! Oven-roasted hand-shredded chicken, creamy ranch dressing, bacon, sliced fresh tomatoes, Havarti, Muenster, and Parmesan cheeses on sourdough or gluten-free bread.

Tuna Melt Panini

The outside of the bread is prepared the same way as every other sandwich, but inside the sliced mild cheddar is melted over solid white albacore tuna (mixed with mayo, mustard, and relish)

Gourmet Grilled Cheese Panini

Havarti and muenster cheeses melted to perfection on Parmesan topped Italian seasoned sourdough bread.
